About
The Back Story
Several years ago, while spending 50 minutes in traffic commuting to and from work every day, I developed a way to redeem the time. In doing so, I kept it simple: I began to call people. Some were friends and some were acquaintances. I realized quickly that I was surrounded by leaders that were a similar age and in a similar stage of life. These individuals were launching their own businesses (or had dreams to do so) or were moving towards roles of leadership within their organizations. I loved hearing about the excitement, frustrations, and challenges they faced. What I really loved about the calls was the opportunity to begin contributing to the solutions and results of the various dilemmas each leader faced. This was done through a hands on, "co-pilot" seat approach.
What it means for today:
Leaders face dilemmas big and small and when poised with purpose they have the greatest opportunity for impact.
I help further a leader's impact by leveraging momentum in their world through any of the 100 tools and frameworks I have been trained in through my affiliation with Executive Coach, Steve Graves.
About Andrew
Andrew's work as a coach and advisor was birthed from distinct seasons in his life: 4 years competing as a professional wakeboarder, a 6 year stint in vocational ministry, and 5 years working in Energy where he deployed $425M in a three year drilling program. This culmination placed him in the crosshairs of competition, people, organizational leadership, and operational excellence. Practically, this looks like coming alongside a family HVAC business in the morning, discussing non-profits over lunch and reinventing CPG’s with a leadership team in the afternoon. In all scenarios the root of his work and passion remains the same: furthering a leader's impact. He and his wife live in Northwest Arkansas with 3 daughters. His favorite days are spent outdoors with friends and family, being on the water, or mountain biking.
